I’m Kelli, a functional dietitian specializing in migraine. I started Raise Your Threshold because I know how overwhelming it is to sift through conflicting advice, try everything under the sun, and still feel stuck. This is the resource I wish I’d had when I was trying to figure out how to actually manage migraine—not just react to it.

I was able to go on two international trips with NO migraine and had a completely migraine free June – something that hasn’t happened since early 2019.  My fatigue/brain fog/ light sensitivity between attacks has improved significantly.  I am more confident about how to treat my attacks and take care of myself.  I’m more self-compassionate, flexible with myself, listen more to my body, and I ask for help when I need it (this one is HUGE for me).  I’ve created a morning routine that I absolutely love.  I’m less obsessive about my triggers and don’t avoid the sun, weather, heat, screens, foods, loud music, etc. anymore.  I feel comfortable with my diet and how I eat – no more crazy diets or elimination of foods I love.  I even learned how to eat when I’m nauseated or have no appetite, which has shortened attacks. My GI issues VANISHED – no more random bouts of nausea, no difficulties eating in the morning, and no more worrying about being sick to my stomach while outside of the home.  I have more ease and relaxation in my life as I focused on stress management and nervous system health.

  • Insurance is not accepted at this time. Private pay, HSA, and FSA are accepted payment methods.

  • Kelli’s Credentials:

    • Bachelor of Science in Dietetics

    • 1200 hour dietetic internship with clinical concentration

    • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) national credential

    • Licensed Dietitian (LD) in multiple states

    • Advanced credentialing in food sensitivity therapy (CLT)

    • Advanced training in functional lab testing (Leveraging Labs)

  • Yes! You can order testing from the Lab Shop inside RYT (US only). When you order lab testing from me you always receive an interpretation and personalized protocol from me to address any imbalances on your results.

    If you already have labs done, or do lab testing separately, you can still receive help! You can submit questions about your lab tests for me to cover on a weekly call, or you can schedule a full lab review and customized protocol at an additional cost.
