About Kelli

Smiling person with glasses and brown hair in front of anatomical posters, wearing a black shirt in a room with blurred background elements like a plant and furniture.

It’s so nice to meet you! I’m Kelli.

I’m a registered dietitian who specializes in migraine, but I’ve also had migraine myself for over 25 years. Just lucky I guess!

As you can imagine, living with migraine for decades inspired me to do the work that I do. But it was my own personal struggle to be taken seriously by medical professionals and several battles with disordered eating that drove me to practice from a place of compassion, empathy, and pragmatism. It’s extremely important to me that my clients feel heard and believed because for so long, I didn’t feel that way.

At The Migraine Dietitian, I’ve helped hundreds of people with migraine become more resilient, live bigger lives, crush anticipatory anxiety, return to work, spend more time with their families, and find hope again. We do all of this with the understanding that migraine is a whole-body condition, and should be treated as such.
