Ingredients
- 1cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup Collagen protein powder
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Directions
- Add yogurt, protein powder, orange juice and raspberries to blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into your favorite cup - drink and enjoy!.
Substitutions
- Replace fresh raspberries with frozen raspberries
- Replace raspberries with fruit of your choice
- Replace yogurt with a non-dairy alternative
- Replace orange juice with cranberry or tart cherry juice if sensitive
